I got a note from Lory today, it’s a bit complicated!
Here is Lory’s note:
I was a native born in Manila for 27 years and my parents had deceased. In 1987 I used my Republic of China passport in entering US as a student visa and 1991 my employer petition after 2 years I got US permanent resident and been a US citizenship/passport for 20 years. Should I take a Philippine naturalization test or do I submit the dual citizenship form?
Thanks for your note. You are a person of many citizenships! In your current situation, I would advise you to simply fill out the Dual Citizenship application and file it with the nearest Philippine Consulate or Embassy. If you are in the Philippines, you can file it at the Bureau of Immigration.
Good luck to you!
